Delivery details: your address, if you choose delivery.
Order and booking details: what you've bought or booked, and any information you give us to arrange your appointment, course or mentorship session.
Payment details: payments are handled securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
Messages: anything you send us through the contact form, by email or on social media.
Website usage: information collected through cookies, such as the pages you visit and the device you use. See Cookies below.

How we use it

To process, deliver and arrange collection of your orders.
To arrange and provide your lash appointments, courses and mentorship sessions.
To reply to your messages and enquiries.
To handle cancellations, returns, refunds and complaints.
To keep business, accounting and tax records.
To send you news and offers, but only if you've signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To keep this website working and understand how it's used.

How long we keep it

Orders, payments and bookings: 6 years, for tax and accounting purposes.
Messages and enquiries: up to 2 years after we last hear from you.
Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.
